This 6-day safari covers Tanzania's three most iconic destinations at a comfortable pace. Start at Lake Manyara National Park, famous for its tree-climbing lions, vast flamingo flocks, and dense jungle canopy. Continue to the Serengeti for two days exploring the endless plains where the Great Migration unfolds and predators roam freely. Finish at the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater, descending to the caldera floor where the Big Five share space with flamingos, hippos, and incredible birdlife. Arrival — Kilimanjaro to Lake Manyara

Full Board

Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport. Transfer to Lake Manyara (approx. 3 hours). Check in and enjoy lunch. Afternoon game drive in Lake Manyara National Park — tree-climbing lions, baboons, hippos, flamingos, and over 400 bird species in one of Tanzania's most scenic parks.

Lake Manyara Serena Safari Lodge

Lake Manyara to Serengeti National Park

Full Board

After breakfast, drive to the Serengeti via the Ngorongoro highlands (approx. 5 hours). Game viewing en route. Arrive for lunch. Afternoon game drive on the Serengeti's famous Seronera Valley — excellent for leopard sightings in the kopjes and large lion prides.

Serengeti Sopa Lodge

Full Day — Serengeti National Park

Full Board

Full day of game drives exploring the vast Serengeti plains. Picnic lunch in the bush. Track the Migration herds (seasonal), big cats, elephants, and giraffe. Optional sunrise balloon safari (US$599 pp). Return for dinner.

Serengeti Sopa Lodge

Serengeti to Ngorongoro Conservation Area

Full Board

Morning game drive in the Serengeti, then drive to Ngorongoro (approx. 3 hours). Check into your crater-rim lodge with spectacular views. After lunch, optional visit to a Maasai boma or enjoy the lodge's facilities with views over the caldera.

Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge

Full Day — Ngorongoro Crater

Full Board

Early morning descent into the Ngorongoro Crater — the world's largest intact volcanic caldera and the 8th Wonder of the World. Full day game drive on the crater floor. Spot the Big Five, flamingos at Lake Magadi, large hippo pools, and extraordinary concentrations of wildlife. Picnic lunch on the crater floor.

Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge

Ngorongoro to Kilimanjaro — Departure

Breakfast Only

Breakfast, then drive to Kilimanjaro International Airport (approx. 4 hours) through scenic Rift Valley landscapes. Drop-off for your departure flight. End of services.
