Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: March 2026

1. Booking and Payment

A deposit of 30% is required to confirm your safari booking. The remaining balance must be paid 60 days before departure. Full payment is required for bookings made within 60 days of departure.

2. Cancellation Policy

• More than 60 days before departure: 25% cancellation fee
• 30-60 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee
• Less than 30 days before departure: 100% cancellation fee

3. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Reasonable alternative arrangements will be provided.

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, baggage loss, and emergency evacuation.

5. Health and Safety

Clients must ensure they have required vaccinations and follow all health and safety guidelines provided by our team.

6. Liability

While we take all reasonable precautions, Pin Holidays & Safaris is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from circumstances beyond our control.
