Dinner
Warmly welcomed by your private driver/guide at Entebbe International Airport. VIP meet & greet through immigration, then transfer to your hotel in Entebbe (10 minutes). Dinner and overnight stay.

Entebbe to Murchison Falls NP via Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary
Full Board
Breakfast, then transfer north to Murchison Falls National Park via Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary — the only place in Uganda with wild rhinos (approx. 6 hours). Rhino trekking, shoebill sighting, and birdwatching at Ziwa. Arrive at the Falls, visit the top, then check in for dinner.
Dawn game drive through the Buligi Circuit — spot lions at the Delta, elephants and Rothschild's giraffe at the peninsula. Heavy bush breakfast at 10:30. Afternoon boat safari up the Nile to the base of the Falls — thousands of hippos, enormous crocodiles, abundant birdlife, and the rare shoebill stork.
Morning breakfast, then drive south to Fort Portal and Kibale Forest National Park (approx. 6 hours). Pass through scenic Western Uganda, the Ruwenzori foothills, and lush tea plantations. Arrive for dinner and overnight.
Early breakfast, then transfer to Kanyanchu Visitor Centre for chimpanzee briefing. Trek for 2–3 hours in search of habituated chimpanzees, plus black-and-white colobus, red-tailed monkeys, and forest birds. Afternoon walk through Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary — 138 bird species including the Great Blue Turaco, plus 8 primate species.
Breakfast, then visit the stunning Crater Lakes and "Top of the World" viewpoint before driving to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Arrive for lunch, then enjoy an evening game drive across the Kasenyi Plains — elephants, buffalo, lions, and Uganda kob.
Queen Elizabeth — Game Drive & Kazinga Channel Boat Cruise

Morning game drive in the open Kasenyi grasslands. Return to the lodge for lunch, then embark on the famous Kazinga Channel boat cruise — the world's largest hippo population, enormous crocodiles, elephants at the water's edge, and spectacular birdlife.
Drive to the remote Ishasha sector in southern Queen Elizabeth National Park — home to the famous tree-climbing lions who doze in fig trees. Full-day game drive, sundowner, and overnight in a wilderness setting.

Morning game drive searching for tree-climbing lions, then drive to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park. Arrive at your lodge for lunch and afternoon preparation for tomorrow's gorilla trek.
Bwindi — Mountain Gorilla Trekking & Batwa Community Experience

Rise early for a hearty breakfast and transfer to the ranger station for briefing. Trek through the dense rainforest to find your habituated gorilla family — an hour of pure magic with the mountain gorillas (only ~650 remain). Afternoon: the Batwa Experience, honouring the displaced forest pygmies and their ancient traditions.
Bwindi to Lake Mburo National Park — Horseback Riding & Night Game Drive

After breakfast, drive to Lake Mburo National Park (approx. 5 hours) with en-route game viewing. Arrive for lunch, then enjoy an afternoon horseback safari encountering impalas, zebras, giraffes, and buffalo. Evening: an extraordinary night game drive — leopards, hyenas, civets, bush babies, and nocturnal birds.
Lake Mburo Walking Safari, Igongo Culture Museum & Return to Entebbe

Morning walking safari within the park, then bush breakfast. Drive to Mbarara for the Igongo Cultural Museum (Ankole heritage), the equator crossing experiment, and an en-route lunch. Continue to Entebbe for dinner and an overnight stay.

Mabamba Swamp — Shoebill Stork Canoe & Departure
Breakfast
After breakfast, drive to Nakkiwogo landing site and canoe through Mabamba Swamp to encounter the prehistoric shoebill stork (2–3 hours). Return, freshen up at the hotel, then check out for your evening departure flight from Entebbe International Airport. End of services.
